Check out this “go-to” place for BC teachers looking for resources to use in their teaching!
The TeachBC website, created by the BC Teachers’ Federation, enables BC teachers to share resources relevant to the K–12 BC curriculum. As well as sharing teacher-created resources, there is a research component to TeachBC. A great deal of the research on education carried out in BC is conducted by BCTF members. Many do research as part of post-graduate programs, others through the BCTF Program for Quality Teaching and Inquiry Projects, and local programs. The research section of TeachBC is aimed at building the knowledge base specific to K–12 education in British Columbia. Teach BC is currently in the early stages of resource uploading, so in the spirit of teachers helping teachers we encourage you to check out the website and upload a resource today!
