This new allowance can greatly assist French teachers' professional development opportunities with organizations, such as BCATML. Registration fees of up to $1500 for one training program per year and up to $300 for one conference per year, plus a travel and accommodation subsidy. Teachers are also able to apply to this bursary every year, even if they have already received funding in previous applications!
